It highlights the most vulnerable teams, processes and develops highly tailored communicaitons and change management strategies to assist the leadership teams achieve success.

This is ideal for Change Management specialists, CEOs, Chief Information and Technology officers, Teams involved in change.
Psychological Safety
Meet and exceed your legal, regulatory and people obligations with a evidence-based People Audit.
For organisations, boardrooms, teams. This identifies trust indicators, leadership, belonging, diversity, collaboration, innovation and organisational resilience. Links to WHS psycho-social legislation, and Anti-discrimination Act legal amendments as a result of the respect@work legislation.
Identifies and quantifies your people risk and productivity opportunities.

This should be an annual or bi-annual process.
This should be critical to those looking to participate in government programs with Pacific Island Labour Schemes or refugee schemes, for organisations at high risk of compliance shortfalls, those in highly competitive industries and those whose physical safety is critical – employees and customers.
Trust Diagnostic
We run a benchmark trust diagnostic across boards, organisations and teams.
Trust and respect are critical for a well-functioning team. Many difficulties begin and end with an inability to have difficult conversations due to our inability to establish trust.
Until we understand why trust is low – we don’t know how to improve it. Our diagnostic helps us identify trust issues and how to correct them.

You would use this index for psychological safety, trust reviews, leadership reviews, people plus culture audits, board assessments, leadership team assessments, customer advocacy.
Learning + Development Index
The learning and development index assesses the level of “learning safety” within the team.
This index is critical to developing employee learning programs, training and development and professional development programs.

Collaboration Index
The Collaboration Index assesses the level of “contribution and participation safety” within the team. Ideally, we want teams to feel safe to suggest ideas, problem solve, participate in conversation work as a team.
This index is critical to developing cultures of customer centricity and innovation and psychological safety. It links with the diversity and inclusion index.

Cultural + Cognitive Mapping
Our workplaces are culturally diverse yet many of our environments do not provide a positive work environment that creates a sense of belonging, connection or value. Competition for employees is fierce and cultural competency and proof of cultural competency will become necessary under some government programs.
This is a critical workshop and mentoring session for leaders of multicultural teams, global leaders, and those with clients and distribution channels overseas.

This links directly to workforce strategy and business strategy – not merely a ticking-the-box exercise. Have all managers and leaders understand the diversity of their teams and people. Train in ways to have better conversations and collaborate well together.
Net Promoter Score©
NPS is a score that measures customer and stakeholder advocacy but also allows us to calculate lost and potential opportunities.
We are accredited in NPS and eNPS as a measure of customer and employee advocacy. We apply a neuroscientific approach to understanding the drivers of emotional engagement, acquisition and retention.

This is critical to any organisation that is wishing to be customer-centric, to identify customer priorities, create efficient resources and identify the value of current and future customer markets.

Customer Experience, Strategy and Engagement
Organisational Maturity Matrix
Customer Experience across the whole customer experience is critical. Innovation and service improvement cannot exist with two major internal and external elements.
We work with organisations to improve and grow both internal and external approaches to grow the maturity of organisations that wish to have a people-first or customer-first strategy. This is also a benefit to those who need consumer advisory boards.
This is great for organisations who wish to take a longer approach to customer centricity but with a clear path and objectives across all of the organisation that impacts the customer’s journey.

Customer Communications Strategy
Using the neuroscience of conversations and change management we have devised a proprietary communications strategy for organisations. This also acts as a checklist to ensure that foundations are in place prior to the implementation of extensive communications. This also supports the work conducted in the customer research phase.
This should be part of every internal and external communications strategy and part of the emotional engagement review of all customer impacts across multiple channels.

Neuroscience of Sales
Understanding the way people respond to communications is critical in sales.
We look at ways that different messages should be used to drive acquisition and retention strategies and how changing messages will support stronger customer and stakeholder engagement. This looks also at culture mapping to understand the communication differences across cultures.
For organisations who have strong sales focus and distribution channels. This is also critical for those who have muti-cutlural clients or globally based businesses.

Neuroscience of Customer Loyalty
With our own research we applied the emotional engagement assessment to identify the impact of communication on customer acquisition and retention. With this research we can steer communication and engagement activities to drive better revenues, innovation, advocacy and growth.
This is critical to any organisation who is wishing to be customer centric, to identify customer priorities, create efficient resources and identity the value of current and future customer markets.

Customer Journey Mapping + Impact Statements
We work with your customers to identify their experience with your organisation across multiple channels and channel partners. We identify the greatest impact and also the emotional engagement score. We utilise the MICARES framework to devise communications and retention strategies.
This is critical to any organisation that is wishing to be customer-centric, to identify customer priorities, create efficient resources and identify the value of current and future customer markets.

Stakeholder Engagement and Management
Stakeholder Engagement Assessments
We assess stakeholder engagement, satisfaction and advocacy. We look at the desired positioning of your brand and see if it correlates to the perceptions of your stakeholders. WE prioritise activity identifying where the greatest opportunities are to be found. We work with your resources (people and budget) to achieve the greatest impact.

Stakeholder Communications Strategy
Understanding the motivations and the communication differences across individuals, teams and cultures is critical in a multi-cultural and diverse organisation. Without tailoring our communication based on the needs, motivations and cognitive differences of our key stakeholders we are often doing more harm than good. Work with us to identify the key communication needs and priorities of your key stakeholders – customers, employees, suppliers, members.
Stakeholder Co-design Facilitation Sessions
There is often a large gap between what leaders and managers believe are critical issues and what our stakeholders believe are critical issues.
Our approach to solving issues needs to be informed, collaborative and inclusive to achieve great results.
We work with organisations to co-design solutions with clients, employees and stakeholders.
