Our founder and CEO
Carolyn Grant is the founder and CEO of People Plus Science. Carolyn is a perpetual student of human and organisational behaviour and neuroscience, and as such believes continual research and product development are key to sustainability.
Carolyn is the author of the book, leadership and competency frameworks, “Legacy Leadership – The Emergence of a new leadership model after more than a decade of crisis”. She is also the researcher and publisher of Australia’s first Boardroom Psychological Safety Benchmark and Index, which looks at the impact and environment within the boardroom and its impact on decision making, advocacy performance and risk.
Carolyn is a huge fan of the late Dr Judith E Glaser and believes her words are fundamental to making organisational performance and human connection thrive. “To get to the next level of greatness depends on the quality of the culture, which depends on the quality of the relationships, which depends on the quality of the conversations. Everything happens through conversations!”
