Invisible Workplace Hazards™
52 cards exposing the risks nobody puts in the project plan.
The dangerous risks are never on the risk register. They’re in the room — in the meeting that should’ve been an email and the blind spot everyone can see except the person standing in it.

The serious bit
A novelty box about something that isn't novel at all.
The risks that quietly derail teams are almost never the ones on the risk register. They’re the meeting nobody questions, the leader’s blind spot everyone tiptoes around, the capable person who stopped speaking up three months ago and no one noticed.
Harvard’s Amy Edmondson spent decades showing that teams don’t fail for lack of talent — they fail when it isn’t safe to name the problem out loud. These cards put the unsayable on the table, wrapped in enough humour that people actually pick them up and say it.

What the deck is actually good for
- Team offsites & icebreakers
- Risk workshops & retros
- Board & executive warm-ups
- The meeting that needs unsticking
50 hazards. Four suits.
Every one a real bias.
A sample from the deck — each card pairs a workplace truth with the behavioural science behind it. Funny on the front, genuinely useful in the room.

Questions, reasonable and otherwise
When will they ship?
We’re confirming the first print run now. Reserve a deck and you’ll be first to hear the ship date — we’re aiming for weeks after the conference, not months.
Do you ship outside Australia?
Postage and handling is a flat $9.99 anywhere in Australia, sent by ordinary mail. Overseas or bulk freight? Email us and we’ll sort something out.
Is this actually useful, or just funny?
Both — and the humour is the point. It’s a genuine psychological-safety and risk-conversation tool wearing a sense of humour, because the joke is what gives people permission to say the real thing.
Can I order a stack for my team?
Yes. For team packs, conference quantities or co-branded runs, email carolyn@peopleplusscience.com and we’ll put a quote together.
What's your refund policy?
If your deck arrives damaged, we’ll replace it, no fuss. If it tells you a truth you didn’t want to hear — that’s working as intended.
